Vileness in Hongkong

Why do Duterte supporters spend so much time following Mar’s every move? Why don’t they try convincing others about the platform and intentions of their candidate? Isn’t this what elections are about?

Unfortunately, for one candidate’s supporters, the elections are about one thing: stalking Mar. In Hong Kong, trademark vileness is once again displayed for the world to see:

There are many words that can describe the photo above but simple is best:

This is inexcusably bastos.

In a Duterte support page, we find another image of Mar listening intently to a supporter. Instead of highlighting this fact, the page boldly pronounces that this is “kawawa, walang pumapansin.”

The image above is a malicious attempt to steer people away from the truth. And what is the truth? One supporter from Hong Kong shared her unedited encounter of the rally here:

 

The official accounts of Mar in both Facebook and Twitter showcase the same crowd:

But what do the Duterte supporters do before the Roxas-Robredo event takes place? They invade the area with their own crowd to make it appear in social media that there were no Roxas-Robredo supporters at all.

This is organized malice. And it is wrong.

Have we lost our sense of civility? Our sense of courtesy? Are we willing to surrender it to the mob?

It’s time to draw a line in the sand.

Let’s stand with, and fight for, Roxas and Robredo.

Let’s bring back decency to Filipinos.

What is happening ? let us be civil and act right , some candidate supporters are so aggressive as if they are ready to fight for their candidates, stop & listen to what your mind & heart tells no need to be so aggressively vocal we do not know yet who they are & what they really are . Let us respect each others opinion . Each one of us has their reason why we chose a certain candidate ! I’ll vote for a person who has high respect to our Holy Father

I told them to keep campaigning for Mar to those they meet who aren’t voting for Mar. Mar is the REALLY THE ONLY qualified candidate for president this 2016.

    Pinag-aral ka ng magulang mo upang ikaw maging matalino’t may prinsipyo , pero di mo ginagamit ang isip mo, trip mong manghusga kaagad sa bias na kuwentong sinusubo sa iyo, tamad kang magbasa at mag usisa ng maigi kung ano ba talaga ang totoo sa likod ng issue eto ka ngayon madali kang malinlang, madali lang naman maghanap sa internet, social media, sa dyaryo at iba pang babasahin kung ano talaga ang totoong nangyari mahilig ka ngang mag saying nag oras sa mga walang kabuluhang bagay bat hindi mo magawa eto, hindi yong kaagad-agad husga ka ng husga, panira ka ng panira, comment ka ng comment base sa kung anong isinusubo sa iyong mali at baluktot na kuwento, papansin ka din ano.

    Ganyan ka na ba kababaw ang pag-isip mo, ganyan ka na ba ka tanga, hindi man lang ba sumagi sa isip mo na baka nililinlang ka lang at pinaglalaruan na parang robot, uto-uto o tuta. Hanggang ganyan nalang ba ang kababaw ang kakayanan ng utak at mentalidad mo pagkatapos kang pag-aralin ng magulang mo, sarado na ba ang pag-iisip mot ayaw mo nang pakinggan o usisa-in man lang ng parehas kung anong sinasabi ng kabilang besryon ng istoryang sinusubo sa iyo, halimbawa hindi mo ba naisip na ang ang isang pinutol na bersyon sa isang video na pinapakita sa iyo o ikiwento lang sa iyo ay hindi sumasalamin sa tunay na katotohanan, hindi mo ba hinanap ang karugtong nito para malaman mo ang tunay na totoo, o sadyang ayaw mo lang talagang makinig at gusto mo humusga nalang kaagad.

    Marami sa ating nga kababayan ang mga nagkukunwaring maalam, maka-epal lang e sobrang wagas, pag nakapagsalita sa social media akala mo sila lang ang magaling, pag hindi ka sumang-ayon sa kanila tiyak kukuyugin ka. Ang isang matalinong tao daw ay tahimik lamang, ginagamit nya ang kanyang utak, sya ay nagmatmatyag at masusing nagbababasa, malalim sya mag-isip, matyagang nagsasaliksik ng mabuti, pinagaaralan at ina-analisa ang bawat artikulo , issue o kwento hindi lang ng isang panig kundi ganon din ng kabilang panig, at higit sa lahat hindi sya nauutong kumagat agad sa sinusubo sa kanya. Pinag-aaralang din nya ang mga Personalidad o tao, naisip mo bang mabuti kung seryoso ba at tunay ngang totoo ang mga sinusubong pangako ng iniidulo mong kandidato, o baka puro mababaw na mala pa aksyon, mala pa drama/teleserye, pa awa, pa comedy, at pahalimuyak na kataga lang per walang laman na pambobola ang sinusubo sa inyo at ikaw naman eto tanga-tanga, dahil naaaliw ka, bilib na bilib ka na kaagad, kulang nalang sambahin mo siya at makikipagpatayan ka pa, tinanong mo din ba sa sarili mo kung kagalang-galang ba ang inaasal ng iyong kandidato, o puro pambabastos o pambubully lamang ang alam nya, natingnan ba nya ang sarili nya sa salamin, dyan kasi tayo magaling yong manghusga; ini-intindi mo din ba kung paano ang sistema sa ating gobyerno at ano ang kakayanan ng iyong kandidato hindi lamang sa isang aspeto kundi sa pang kalahatan halimbawa sa larangan ng pinansyal, pang ekonomiya, pang hanap buhay, pagkain, medical, seguridad, pag-aaral at pagpapa-unlad sa iyong buhay at magandang kinabukasan ng iyong mga anak, maalam mo din bang pinagaralan ang mga batas sa abot ng iyong makakaya upang sa gayon hindi ka mapaglalangan, ayan tuloy hinuhusgahan mo ang isang tao na nagpabaya sa bagay na hindi naman nya sakop or trabaho kundi trabaho ng iba, sinisisi sa kanya ang lahat ng kasalanan ng iba, kung gusto mo pag hindi ka pa masaya isis mo din ang lahat ng problema ng mundo kanya. Pahahon ng eleksyon ngayon maraming kandidatong mag maitin na balak na nagkukunwari, nagsisinungaling, naninira, nambabaliktad ng kuwento, nang-eepal, sumasakay, gumagatong at nagsesensetionalize ng issue, di bale nang makapanira sila sa iba kahit wala sa tama mapabango lamang ang kanilang pangalan.

    Kung Hindi mo kayang magawa ang lahat sinasabi ko, sa parehas at bukas na pag-iisip, naaawa ako sa iyo deserving ka ngang tawaging BOBONG BOTANTE!!! Tanongin mo sarili mo.

    Tandaan, ang isang Matalinong Botante, hindi maingay, hindi pa epal, hindi mapanira, hindi comment lang ng comment kahit walang laman at husga lang ng husga, bagkus TAHIMIK lang sila.

    5. botohan to at di lukohan..me mag iingay at mag iingay talaga and this people are entitled to show their support to their candidate. wag nating lagyan ng malisya ang lahat, you are just feeling offended kasi nga natatapakan ang pato mo… Hayaan mo sila, that is their contitutional rights. kelan sila kikibo, pag nakaupo na naman ang isang palpak na gubyerno, Kung mali ang ginagawa nila, you cant tell, you cant judge them according to what u know, maybe it is just your perception and in that context you may find yourself judging them wrongly..tumahimk ka na lang ..walang kang alam sa ginagawa nila..di ka naman inaano..ego mo lang ang natapakan

      1. Actually it is not about ego…it is fighting for what is right as a Filipino. Ang mga Pilipino ay kilala sa buong mundo na magagalang, masisipag, mababait, marespeto at hindi palamura, as a Filipino I am proud of it. It shows we are distinct from other countries kahit mahirap ang bansa natin ay hinahangaan tayo dahil sa mga qualities na yan. Sa mga nakikita at nababasa ko ngayon ay nawawala na yang kagandahang asal na yan, nahihiya na akong tingnan ang mga pinaggagagawa ng ating mga kababayan sa labas o loob man ng Pilipinas…nasaan na ang mga magagandang asal nating mga Pilipino? Hahayaan nalang ba nating mawala ito? Tama ka, may freedom of expression tayo as guaranteed by the Constitution pero babalik patin tayo sa tanong….ganito na ba ang mga Pilipino ngayon, nawawala na ang kagandahang asal? saan na ba papunta ang Pilipinas?

Mga Brod…hindi ang RoRo ang nakikita kong threat sa ating mga Du30 at RORO supporter…baka nakakalimutan natin ang mga nananahimik na partido na kampon ng magnanakaw at kampon ng Amerkano na gustong umupo sa Malacanang na pinag pi piyestahan at sinisuportahan ng mga mapagsamantalang negosyante at oportunistang politiko. ako man ay kay Digong, Tantanan na natin si Roxas kung ayaw nyo man sa kanya…hindi yan kawalan kung manalo man dahil meron rin namang magaganda syang plataporma at nagawa na sa bansang pilipinas…walang perpektong politiko..pero ang dalawang nangunguna sa Survey na tahimik na gumagapang sa ating likuran habang tayo ay nagbabangayan ay silang dapat nating wag pabayaan at kailangang bantayan. Baka nasa likod lang sila ng mga Du30 at RORO na at tayo ay pinag tatawanan habang tayo ay nagbabangayan. Kalaunan sa darating na Mayo panalo pala ang isa sa kanila. Ang pananaw ko naman, kung iyong mamarapatin, ay medyo hawig sayo at may dagdag akong nakikita: sa lahat ng mga fans, lalo na sa taga duterte, di halos makita ang plataporma ng kanikanilang mga idolo kundi puro batikos sa kasalukuyang administrasyon kasi suportado si Roxas Robredo ng kasalukuyan. Aminin mo man o hindi, mas marami kasing mababatong bunga sa plataporma ng RORO. Pinupukol ang bunga kasi hindi na masungkit. Halos lahat ng mga kandidato sa pagka Presidente, pinagkakaisahang batuhin si Mar, kasi mabunga at malaman ang mga sinasabi.   12. I was there, one of the volunteer marshals. I was one of the volunteers in charge of setting Edinburgh Place as our base station 3. Our Program in that place start @ 3pm, the Duterte start their parade when we were setting up our tent @around 9am (+-). Then all of a sudden, bigla sila nag nagturn around at humarap sa direction namin, and dumaan sila sa harap namin just a few feet, then all cameras and even two videographers keep taking pictures of us. I told my ka RoRo let them be, don’t shout or say any bad words. Parang nag fashion show sila sa harap namin, keep screaming Duterte, one of my ka RoRo say “akin na banner natin itakbo ko sa harap natin at iwagayway” sa kung makikita nyo sa video may isang RoRo na talagang inikot ang banner. Nagtawanan kami dahil sabi namin loka loka sya dahil kung alin pa ang ipapaskil namin, ung pa ang kinuha nya…..We’re so happy minding and setting our own base station, kiber sa mga Duterte but they we’re happy flaunting their numbers to us…natural sa point na yan talo kami kasi sila nagpaparada na, kami nagseset up pa lang hahaha.

    1. Haha. We learned some lessons from the Pied Piper of Hamelin. Eh? Ngayon pa lang, “unprofessional behavior” na mga supporters, what more can you expect? A faulty mob will have more dare when their leader philosophizes why, on any perceived fault. The magnetism is there. Then the leader will tell, I didn’t do anything, I was just thinking loud. Will you blame the mob? Again the question that kept bugging, what kind of discipline is the discipline of the duterte mob, when all the while DuCay kept saying we need national discipline? Pray, tell us, Joel, baka may iba kang definition ng discipline para dito sa “fault or weakness of a presidential candidate”?. Hehe. I know, the question should be rephrased, but I stick to it.

It is not unusual that your Mar will be criticised and mocked especially if you are looking at Duterte’s page and vice versa. And then you judged these people as bastos.   25. BE A WISE AND DISCERNING VOTER – DON’T BE DECEIVED. DON’T BE GULLIBLE! Read and discern from both sides. Government vs. opposition. Obviously the government would say favorable things to them. On the other hand, the opposition would always insist the opposite. As to who tells the truth the public find it hard. That’s why we need to scrutinize further. In my case so as not to be fooled on the biases and prejudices that each side obviously would tell us – the electorates and citizens – the Filipino people as a whole – I would find a source of information that is FAIR, JUST and NOT BIAS. They are the international organizations. Read what the transparency international, the world bank and the economic forum say about the DAANG MATUWID under PNoy’s watch – you will realize then why I would vote for ROXAS-ROBREDO comes May 9. FOR A DECENT and continuity of good governance. NOT PERFECT but umangat tayo hindi man natamasa ng karamihan sa masang Pilipino (because it’s beyond belief in 6 years time) but for sure doon na tayo patungo! RORO TANDEM IS THE ONLY CANDIDATES THAT MAKE A BELIEVABLE PROMISE! PAG MAGANDA ANG ECONOMY AS CAN BE INFERRED IN PNOY’s GOVERNANCE – tuloy tuloy na tayo, less crime because when the economy goes up it means more jobs for the Filipinos. Hence, poverty as the root of most crimes will be lessened if not totally eradicated!

    If what has been started by PNoy will be continued our economy will go up ever farther. So expect more jobs. Many Filipinos can work. So as to your question on whether or not MAR ROXAS and LENI ROBREDO can help, the answer is yes. It is true that until now there are so many poor in the Philippines – that’s a fact. We are a people of 100+ million. So the 6 years term of PNoy is not enough to address all our problems. We have rampant corruption, our country encounters a lot of natural disasters (yearly our country experience more or less 20 typhoons), there are insurgency problems, some lazy Pinoys and a lot more. The DAANG MATUWID initiated good governance not perfect though as there is no such thing as perfect system but it delivers. Our problems can never be answered in just a blink of an eye. Again, try to read international commentaries – they are not bias. They are the ones telling us the TRUTH. They have good thing about to say about PNoy’s administration. So why would I gamble the future of this country to uncertainty?

  27. From Tacloban City here, and no, I do not hate Mar, not even one bit, contrary to what most Taclobanons feel towards him. Our whole family are RoRo supporters. We just don’t see the point in entrusting our dear country to people with unclear platforms, with unclear intentions, claiming to enforce discipline when he can’t even control his own mob, claiming to be innocent despite solid evidence flaunting themselves in his face, claiming to be ready and willing despite the lack of experience (thus, the lack of knowledge that comes with experience).

    I don’t really despise the other candidates. It’s just that they have way too many lapses and not enough qualifications.Specially, on discipline. Pinapagalitan nga po ng mga magulang ang kanilang mga anak pag bastos kung umasta, but these very same people would applaud the other candidates whenever they would trashtalk or badmouth each other.

    If we’re going to choose a leader, we should choose one who is ready to be of service to the people without any drama; a no-nonsense and service-driven president .

    PS, still supporting and will be voting for sir Mar even if I receive chunks of hate from other Taclobanons and get into spite-driven debates with my schoolmates. The Philippines deserve the most qualified. The people deserve the best.

  28. Definitely a RORO vote from our whole family and relatives.. Since 2010, I had been a Pnoy-Roxas supporter.. I have seen and heard the SINCERITY of Mar ROXAS, it was in his speech at the QC Memorial Circle that I was awed at his sincerity, surely if you will hear him talk you’d feel that he just wants what’s best for the Philippines. He even sacrificed his chance to run for President then, he knew that Pnoy won the crowd because of former Pres. Cory Aquino’s passing, but it was not because he knew that he would lost but because he knew that it would give Filipinos a better chance of having a good government, ensuring that Daang Matuwid will prevail rather than loosing it to corrupt officials back then. It was Roxas’ sacrifice that made our country become better if not best during the past 6 years.. Almost no debt to foreign banks like IMF and World Bank.. And even got our country a lot of savings due to good governance. ( that maybe the reason all this other politicians are greedily submit themselves to their ambitions, because there is a lot to corrupt) It is Roxas’ wish to continue what has been started with Daang Matuwid, it is my fervent wish that he wins this election together with Leni Robredo. You can definitely see in their faces and hear feom their voices the sincerity of their wills. I hope all other Filipinos can also see such, let us be a good judge of personalities, surely it’s not hard to see.

He is an educated man with a clear platform of Goverment, . unfortunately everytime there is an issue or kapalpakan in goverment, Duterte supporters will always put the blame on him. I have watched the second debate and it was clear that he explained all his answers well and the only candidate who followed rules and procedures. (duterte and poe explains on the raise your hand only while binay had notes which was prohibited),. In Social media, you will notice that Duterte supporters are flooding FB with so many shares and link showing how good Duterte was and how bad Mar Roxas was ……try to criticise Duterte constructively and chances are,you will receive negative comments in just a few minutes

    My Wife and I will vote for Roxas because we beleive in him……..Peace and Order just like poverty will always be a problem in our country….Erap was a tough Guy, Mayor Lim was a tough Guy, did they solve the peace and order? Nope… the solution to this lies to each of one of us, The whole community needs to help the PNP in catching all Drug Pushers and manufacturers… Drugs is the main Culprit of all the crimes..this cannot be achieve by one Man within 3 to 6 months. while the intention is good, its far from reality…….
